Product partnership
Performance Lab is an independent gym. Like most independent operators, the work behind every session a member attends involves memberships, payments, bookings, member communication and building access — usually spread across tools that were never designed to work together.
Rather than design a gym platform from assumptions, TmT develops GymFront alongside Performance Lab’s day-to-day operation. Performance Lab is a pilot site and development partner for a TmT product. This is a product partnership, not a paid client commission, and decisions about what the product does, and in what order, are grounded in the experience of the owners, staff and members who live with the consequences.
A product shaped by a working gym behaves differently from one shaped by a feature checklist. What GymFront automates, simplifies or surfaces reflects problems a real operator actually has. We publish no savings or performance figures for Performance Lab; where the partnership produces measurable outcomes we are able to share, they will appear here first.
